I was very skeptical of these but tried them from a friends recommendation. I noticed a difference in my son after a few days, there were no huge temper tantrums in the morning, and he now gets ready for school with little or no argument. I think I’ve been buying these for my now 9yo great-granddaughter for over a year now.
