At ShroomIQ, we’re all about getting your order to you quickly and hassle-free. We ship from our fulfillment centers in the UK, USA and Hong Kong, meaning international orders will be shipped from the nearest location whenever possible to speed things up.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During peak times, processing may take slightly longer – but we’ll always keep you in the loop via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, keep in mind:
- Pre-orders have longer delivery timelines (listed on the product page).
- Payment is collected at checkout to secure your item.
- Delivery dates are estimated and may shift slightly. We’ll notify you if any changes occur.
- If you order both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship everything together unless you request separate shipments.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package via our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
- Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after shipping.
Failed Delivery & Returns Due to Address Issues
- If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may need to cover additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
