I purchased super shrooms for myself and my 6y old and 14y old, so far only my older boy been on it for a while and have to say, i can see improvements in his behaviour, sleep and his skin is much better, the only thing i would suggest, to make the pots or lids different colours fir children, teens and adults, is a bit confusing which shrooms are which, if u have 3 different ones ๐
