At ShroomIQ, we’re all about getting your order to you quickly and hassle-free. We ship from our fulfillment centers in the UK, USA and Hong Kong, meaning international orders will be shipped from the nearest location whenever possible to speed things up.
Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched the same day.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During peak times, processing may take slightly longer – but we’ll always keep you in the loop via email.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

- Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after shipping.
Failed Delivery & Returns Due to Address Issues
- If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may need to cover additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
