Where SuperShrooms Gets Super..

SuperShrooms was created with one clear purpose: to support busy, growing minds.

That’s why we bring together 12 active ingredients in one specialist daily formula, including functional mushrooms, Omega-3 DHA, L-Theanine, Saffron and key vitamins and minerals.

And because kids and teens have different needs, we created separate formulas for ages 6–11 and 12–16.

Calm + Focus isn’t one benefit on a long list. It’s why we made SuperShrooms.

Most kids’ multivitamins are built around everyday vitamins and minerals.

We wanted to make something different.

So alongside key nutrients, SuperShrooms combines Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Omega-3 DHA, L-Theanine, Saffron and more in one simple daily gummy routine.

No cupboard full of different supplements. No complicated routine.

Just one formula, built specifically for busy, growing minds.

They’re not there because mushrooms are trendy. They’re part of what makes SuperShrooms different.

Our formulas contain three carefully selected functional mushrooms:

Lion’s Mane • Reishi • Cordyceps

We combine them with Omega-3 DHA, L-Theanine, Saffron and key vitamins and minerals to create a formula very different from the average kids’ multivitamin.

It’s not a multivitamin with a mushroom thrown in. The formula was built this way from the start.

You should know exactly what you’re giving your child.

That’s why we show what’s inside SuperShrooms and the amounts used in each age-specific formula.

You’ll find ingredients including:

Lion’s Mane • Reishi • Cordyceps • Omega-3 DHA • L-Theanine • Saffron • Magnesium • Zinc + key vitamins

And because a 6-year-old and a 16-year-old aren’t the same, Kids and Teens get different formulas.

When it comes to something your child takes every day, “trust us” isn’t enough.

That’s why SuperShrooms is independently tested by Eurofins, one of the world’s leading testing laboratories.

Our products undergo third-party testing for quality and purity, and we make our latest testing information available for parents to see.

Because you shouldn’t have to take our word for it.

After 1 Week The Difference Was Night and Day!

I ordered one bottle a month ago to try them with my daughter. After 1 week the difference was night and day! I was holding off ordering more incase it was a fluke but after 3 weeks of smoother days iv just ordered 4 more bottles!

Ordered Wednesday they were delivered Thursday! Honestly I have raved about these to so many mums/teachers/colleagues! They’ve literally changed our daily routine! Thank you! X

Kimberley Edwards

Honestly, i feel so much calmer!

“For anyone debating getting them just do it! My daughter has had them for nearly a month & the biggest impact has been on our evenings. She is 7 years old and our bedtime routine has always been a struggle...

well we are on our 7th night out of 8 where she has settled beautifully. It's been so long since we had that! Her days seem smoother too, she is just generally happier! Highly recommended! We've just bought our next lot!!”

These Have Made a Huge Impact In Our Home

These have made a huge impact in our home . I have a 5 and 10 year old both with their own challenges. My youngest has huge episodes of aggression and anger which have become less and when they do happen he is able to regulate much quicker. The children are actually starting to like each other instead of being like opposite street gangs.

Alexandra Graham

The Results Have Been Fantastic

Like most I was skeptical but after the daily struggles getting ready for school, I was willing to try anything. The results have been fantastic.

She gets ready with the minimum of fuss, goes to bed the same. I’ve only once been spoken to by her teacher and it was just to say how well she is engaging in class. She’s back to the loving funny child I once knew. She still has the occasional tricky day but nowhere near how it was.

Sam Steele

As a Teacher & Parent of 2 Boys I'm Really Impressed With These

As a teacher & parent of 2 boys I’m really impressed with these. My youngest son age 11 was having a really tough time & I just couldn’t pinpoint why. Tried these as they kept popping into my Facebook feed & was sceptical. But noticed a positive difference after only a couple of days.

We’re a few weeks on & have delayed reviewing just in case, but no, they are both happier and much more settled. My older son says he feels great. Amazing!!! 🤩 I’d give to all children if I had my way!! Highly recommend.

our story

Meet The Founder

" The Support I Wish I had Growing Up "

I’ve struggled with focus my whole life. School was hard.In my late 20s, I finally found a mix of natural supplements that actually worked. My brain calmed, and I felt great. But swallowing 17 pills every morning was exhausting. I set out to make one simple solution. Then, a thought kept coming to me: “How different would my life be if I had this as a child?” Better grades? Maybe. An easier time? Definitely.

So, I took my launch budget and partnered with experts and pediatric nutritionists to perfect the exact formula I wish I had growing up. One year later & 137,000 bottles (5.5 million gummies) later, seeing SuperShrooms help thousands of children makes it all worth it.

got questions?

Answers from real parents

Yes and no! We’ve taken our original formula and split it into two targeted gummies, one for kids and one for teens.

It’s tough to create a true one-size-fits-all supplement, so by customizing the formulas, we can optimize the nutrient levels and mushroom blends for each age group.

The quality and natural ingredients you love are still the same, just better tailored for your child’s stage of development.

We split the gummies so we can get as close as possible to the ideal supplement levels for each age group. It’s almost impossible to have a single gummy that perfectly suits both younger kids and teens – their bodies and brains need slightly different support. This change allows us to fine-tune the formulas for better results.

ShroomIQ Kids is designed for children aged 6 to 16 years old. The formula is made to support focus, learning, and overall brain health during key developmental years.

Each gummy is packed with:

  • Lion’s Mane Mushroom
  • Reishi Mushroom
  • Cordyceps Mushroom
  • Omega-3 DHA (from Algae)
  • Magnesium Glycinate
  • L-theanine
  • Saffron
  • Zinc
  • Vitamin B6
  • Vitamin B12
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin D3

Nope! ShroomIQ Kids is 100% natural, with no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, or sweeteners.

Yes! Our gummies are completely vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free—making them safe for most dietary needs.

Disclaimer: Our gummies contain natural mushrooms, if your child has a mushroom allergy. Do not use.

With our new split between Kids and Teens formulas, everyone takes two gummies per day. We recommend taking them in the morning after food for the best absorption and to support focus and energy throughout the day.

Yes, but they’re specifically formulated for kids. Adults may need a higher dose to get the full benefits.

ShroomIQ Kids is designed to complement a healthy diet, but if your child is already taking supplements with similar ingredients (like Omega-3s or vitamin blends), it’s best to check with a doctor to avoid excessive intake.

No, they don’t make kids sleepy! The ingredients promote calm and focus without sedation.

Most parents notice improvements within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the child. Some kids respond quickly, while others take a little longer as their bodies adjust to the nutrients.

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy, just let us know, and we’ll make it right.

The ShroomIQ Price Promise:

An Actual Guarantee.

Most supplement brands hide behind sneaky fine print. They offer a "money-back guarantee," but if you read the rules, it only applies to unopened boxes returned within 14 days.

We do things differently.

Empty Bottle Policy: Your child can try SuperShrooms for a full 60 days. Use the entire bottle. If you don’t see a noticeable difference, we will give you a 100% refund. No hoops, no hassle.

Why are we this confident? Because less than 0.04% of parents ever ask for a return. The data shows it works, and we stand by it.
